The standard note field and the attachments in the VisitReport app are enabled per default for all your questionnaires. If you want to disable this tabs, you can do it individually for every questionnaire.
- Go to the Settings of the relevant questionnaire and click on App configuration.
- Under Optional features, uncheck the boxes you want to disable. For the attachments, clear Images and sketches; for the standard note, clear Notes on reports. Notes on participants and URL are also available here.
Each setting applies only to the questionnaire you are editing. To disable the features for several questionnaires, repeat the steps for each one.
