How do I grant an event manager permission to invite reporters?

In the settings, open the Users & licenses section.
Find the relevant event manager, using the Role: Event Manager filter if needed. Click the three-dot menu in the row and select Edit.
In the Edit user dialog, switch to the Permissions tab.
Under Additional permissions, enable the option This user is allowed to invite additional users as reporters.
Click Save.

Note: The permission can only be granted to event managers. It is not granted by default.

Note:

Invited people receive the Reporter role and a VisitReport license.
All administrators receive an email notification with details of the new users as soon as they are invited by an event manager.

Event managers can invite latecomers to trade shows on their own. With the corresponding permission, an event manager assigns the Reporter role to new people, which keeps event management running smoothly. Administrators grant this permission to each event manager individually.
