How can I grant or revoke access to my organisation for snapAddy support?
As an admin, you control under in the settings whether snapAddy support staff may temporarily access your organization to resolve issues. You can allow or revoke this access there at any time.
For specific support cases, it can be helpful if a snapAddy support employee looks at the problem directly in your organization. You decide whether this is permitted via the Access for snapAddy support section at the top of the Privacy & deletion page (found under Settings → Organization).
Good to know:
- This setting is enabled by default for new organizations.
- Only admins can change this setting.
- The permission remains valid as long as the setting is enabled. However, support staff will only access your organization for specific support cases and only for as long as needed to resolve the issue.
How to allow or revoke access
- Open the Settings and go to Privacy & deletion in the Organization section.
- Locate the Access for snapAddy support section at the top of the page.
- Allow access: Click Allow. The status changes to Access granted — the system saves and displays which user gave the opt-in and at what time.

- Revoke access: Click Revoke access and confirm the dialog. Support staff will then no longer be able to access your organization.

- Allow access: Click Allow. The status changes to Access granted — the system saves and displays which user gave the opt-in and at what time.
How to see who granted the permission
Once access has been allowed, the Access for snapAddy Support section shows below the Access granted status which user gave the permission and at what time, for example: by s.brenner@brenntfeld.com on 11.04.2026. This way you can always track who granted the permission and when.
