How can I assign a campaign ID to a VisitReport questionnaire and where do I find the campaign IDs in my CRM system?
In Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SugarCRM and SAP Sales Cloud it's possible to assign a campaign ID to a VisitReport event
To use the campaign functionality, a CRM Mapping is required.
If you want to assigne your leads to a campaign, you need to deposit the campaign ID in the VisitReport questionnaire. Afterwards Leads that are created in this event are automatically tied to the campaign.

Please open the Settings of the desired VisitReport Event in the snapADDY Dashboard.

Go to Export.

Here you can enter the Campaign ID of your next event.
