How can I save the digital business card to my wallet without the app?

Administrators and BusinessCards Managers can send an email to their users, allowing them to add the digital business card directly to their wallet. Alternatively, users can also save their business card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet through the dashboard.

Add the business card to your wallet via email

Once you have received a notification email, you can add the digital business card to your wallet in just a few steps:

  1. Open the email.
  2. Click the button to add the business card to your wallet.

  3. The browser opens briefly and then the business card is displayed directly in the wallet.
  4. Click "Add" to save the business card to Apple Wallet (iOS) or Google Wallet (Android).

As an Admin or BusinessCards Manager: Notify users via email

Administrators and users with the BusinessCards Manager role can also trigger the wallet notification for other team members.

Requirement: To use this feature, you need the Admin or BusinessCards Manager role.

  1. Log in to the snapAddy dashboard.
  2. Navigate to BusinessCards → All Cards.
  3. Use the checkboxes to select the desired users. You can select any number of people or all of them at once.
  4. Click "Notify User".

  5. The selected users will each receive an email containing a button to add the digital business card. After clicking the button, the browser opens briefly and then the business card is displayed directly in the wallet. The user then clicks "Add" to save the business card to Apple Wallet (iOS) or Google Wallet (Android).

This method is particularly useful when administrators are provisioning digital business cards for multiple team members and want to ensure that everyone has their business card readily accessible in their wallet. This way, the entire team benefits from the quick and professional contact sharing that snapAddy BusinessCards provides.

Tip: The same functionality is also available when you are viewing a specific template. Open the desired template to see all business cards based on that template. From there, you can select individual or all users and send the wallet notification via "Notify User".

As a user: Add the business card to your wallet yourself

  1. Log in to the snapAddy dashboard.
  2. Open the BusinessCards overview.
  3. Click "Add business card to wallet".

  4. The digital business card will then be saved to Apple Wallet (iOS) or Google Wallet (Android).
