What do you need to activate report handover?

To activate report handover, you need access to the VisitReport dashboard and an event with team coordination. Report handover is part of team coordination, so team coordination must be active for the event. You can enable report handover either while activating team coordination or afterwards in the team coordination settings.

Who can activate report handover?

Report handover can be activated by a user with the Event Curator, Event Manager or Admin role in the VisitReport dashboard. Users without one of these roles cannot change this setting.

How do you activate report handover while setting up team coordination?

Enable report handover directly in the activation dialog of team coordination.

Step 1: In the VisitReport dashboard, open the event and select Team coordination, then click Activate.

Open Team coordination and click Activate.

Step 2: In the Activate team coordination dialog, switch on Hand over reports to other users and confirm with Activate.

Switch on the report handover toggle, then click Activate.

How do you activate report handover when team coordination is already active?

Enable report handover afterwards in the team coordination settings.
