How to log in with a login code (Magic Code)
- Access the login code option: There are two ways to access the login code feature:
- Via login options: On the login page, click "Other sign-in options" and then select "Sign in with login code".
- Via "Forgot password?": In the app, tap "Forgot password?" or in the web view, click "Problems signing in?".
- Via login options: On the login page, click "Other sign-in options" and then select "Sign in with login code".
- Enter your email address and select "Request login code". If you would prefer to reset your password instead, please refer to the article I want to change my password.

Check your email inbox: Check your email inbox (including your spam folder) for the email from snapAddy.

Enter the code and log in: Enter the received code on the following screen to log in. The process typically takes just a few seconds.
That didn't work?
If the login with the login code does not work, there may be several reasons. The feature may have been disabled by a snapAddy administrator, or the code may have already expired.
The following options are available to you:
- Reset your password: Reset your password and log in as usual.
