How do I add a filter in the Reports Dashboard?
Add a filter with the button Add filter above the report list. This is the general way to filter in the Reports Dashboard: the button opens a searchable list of the criteria of all columns, and you select the filter option after you select a criterion.
- Click + Add filter above the report list.
- Select a criterion in the list, for example Marked as checked. The search field finds a single criterion in a long list.
- Select the filter option for the criterion.

The list of criteria contains the columns of the report list, for example the export states.
How do I open the filter for a column in the Reports Dashboard?
Open the filter in the three-dot menu of the column heading. The icon appears as soon as you move the pointer to the column heading.
- Move the pointer to the heading of the column, for example First name.
- Click the three-dot icon in the column heading.

- Click Filter.

The column menu also contains Sort ascending, Sort descending, Hide column and Pin. The Status column also contains Hide status.
How do I set the condition and the value for a filter?
Set the condition in the first dropdown of the filter and enter the value in the field below the condition. The button Add filter applies the filter to the report list.
- Select the condition in the first dropdown, for example is.
- Enter the value in the input field.
- Click Add filter.

The available conditions depend on the column. A column with text values offers is, is not, contains, does not contain, starts with, ends with, is empty and not empty. A column with dates offers is, from, until and between.
Which columns offer a value list instead of an input field?
Columns with a fixed set of values offer a value list. In a value list you select the value instead of entering it.
The Salutation column, for example, shows a second dropdown below the condition. The dropdown shows Nothing selected as long as no value is selected, and it offers the values Neutral salutation, Mr. and Ms.

The Status column is a special case. The filter of the Status column shows a value list directly, because the Status column contains several values that you can filter by.

Can I filter several columns at the same time?
Yes, the Reports Dashboard applies a filter per column, and several column filters work at the same time. Every active column filter narrows the list of reports further. A column without a selected value stays unfiltered.
Tip: Press shift and scroll at the same time to scroll horizontally through the columns.
How do I recognize and remove an active filter?
Active filters appear in green above the report list. Click the x in a green filter to remove this filter.
In the example, the filters exported and sent are active. The count in the upper left corner of the report list shows how many reports and contacts match the active filters.
