I'm having trouble logging in, what can I do?
This article contains a comprehensive list of proven solutions for when you experience difficulties signing in to snapAddy products. In most cases, the issue can be resolved in just a few steps.
If you are experiencing problems logging in to snapAddy, you will find an overview of possible causes and their solutions below. Our reliable authentication systems offer you various secure ways to quickly regain access to your account.
1. Verify your email address and password
Please ensure that you have entered your email address and password correctly. If you have have forgotten it, the following options are available to you:

2. Account has been deactivated
If your account has been temporarily deactivated due to multiple incorrect password entries, please contact your administrator or reach out to our support team at support@snapaddy.com.
3. Email and password login is disabled
In some organizations, the classic login via email and password is disabled. In this case, please use one of the enabled SSO methods:
- Microsoft SSO
- Apple SSO
- Google SSO
- Salesforce SSO
If you are unsure which method is enabled for your organization, please contact your administrator.
4. Problems with SAML authentication
If you are experiencing difficulties with SAML login, you can temporarily disable SSO:

Uncheck the option "Use Single Sign-On if available".

Afterwards, you can log in with your snapAddy credentials (email and password).
