QuickTip: Everything is a business card

Learn in this article how to easily and quickly capture your counterpart's contact information using snapADDY VisitReport.

There are many ways to capture contact information:

adding options

  • Scan business card
  • Select contact from existing data
  • Scan QR code
  • Scan NFC tag
  • Manually add contact
  • Select contact from LinkedIn
  • Select contact from CRM data (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, SAP Sales Cloud, Sugar CRM, HubSpot & Pipedrive)

The "Scan business card" function is quick, effective and can read both printed and handwritten text. To use this feature, follow these steps:

Step 1: Start the report

  • Open the VisitReport app.

  • Select the event for which you want to capture reports.
  • Click on "Capture Report."

Step 2: Capture contact information

  • You may need to grant camera access.
  • Take a photo of your contact's business card, a text with contact information, or a legibly handwritten text to extract.
  • The app will display the contact information that has been extracted from the photo.
  • You can now add additional information or, if satisfied, click "Done."

🎉 Your contact has been successfully captured, and you can now proceed with the questionnaire.
