With snapADDY VisitReport, you can scan badges at trade shows, process the captured contact data in the digital visit report, and export it to your CRM system.
Basic requirements
Scanning badges and trade fair passes is only possible if the trade fair provider agrees to provide an API interface in addition to the in-house solutions for lead capture.
These interfaces differ for each provider and so the costs for acquiring such an interface can vary greatly. On snapADDY's side, there are no additional costs for the implementation.
If the provider has already been connected by us, the implementation can usually be completed within one working day. If the provider has not yet been connected by snapADDY, please contact your Customer Success Manager at least 6 weeks before the start of the respective trade fair or use the Badge Scan order form for the badge scan to set up the connection to snapADDY VisitReport.
What information is needed to implement the badge scanning function?
