Can I use snapAddy with a VPN connection?
Yes, all snapAddy products work seamlessly with a VPN connection. Since requests are made directly from your browser or app, your existing VPN configuration is automatically utilized.
How it works
The snapAddy solutions, including snapAddy DataQuality, snapAddy VisitReport, and snapAddy BusinessCards, are designed to work seamlessly with your existing network infrastructure. Even if your CRM system is only accessible through a VPN connection, you can use all snapAddy products without any restrictions.
All requests to your CRM system are sent directly from your device, whether from your browser (for snapAddy DataQuality) or from the mobile app (for snapAddy VisitReport and snapAddy BusinessCards). Data is not routed through snapAddy servers. As long as you are logged into your VPN, snapAddy can access your CRM system without any issues.
