Create/enable SAP Sales Cloud custom fields for snapADDY

For snapADDY to be correctly connected to SAP Sales Cloud, a special setting for this field must be activated in SAP Sales Cloud. To do this, please follow the instructions provided by SAP Sales Cloud.

Enable an Extension Field for OData Serives

  1. Start adaptation

  2. Select the desired field, then click edit.
  3. Go to the tab OData Services and make sure the field is enabled for the lead, contact and customer service, respectively.
  4. Save you changes
  5. Once you're done, end adaptation.
