This article shows you how to successfully connect snapADDY to your HubSpot CRM
snapADDY provides seamless integration with various CRM systems, including HubSpot as one of the key options. Here is everything you need to know, to establish the connection and keep your HubSpot contacts up to date.
Step 1 (DataQuality): Connect DataQuality to HubSpot
- Once you open snapADDY DataQuality, go to Settings in the left upper corner. Scroll down until you see all the System integrations available for you.
- In the list of CRM systems available, click on "Connect to HubSpot".
Step 1 (VisitReport): Connect snapADDY to HubSpot
- Once you open the snapADDY system integration settings, choose HubSpot from the list
- click on "Save and connect".
Step 2: Choose your HubSpot account you would like to connect
- Log in with your HubSpot credentials
- Choose the correct HubSpot account
Step 3: Approve access to your HubSpot account
- Accept the request for the app to view certain CRM data. The app will as well request access to basic account information and to the file manager.
✅ Congratulations! You are successfully connected to HubSpot via snapADDY. You can check the connection status in Settings under System Integrations.
Please take note that HubSpot access token expires and needs to be renewed from time to time. This means that the DataQuality app will disconnect after a while and you will need to establish the connection again.
IMPORTANT: clarify with your HubSpot admin, that all the necessary permissions are given. Here you can find the list of always required scopes for app installs.
If this step is missed and the HubSpot access token is expired, you may not be able to connect to the DataQuality app without admin's permission.
