Delete all questionnaires in the app

Learn how to reset the VisitReport app to factory settings

If you no longer need the data in the VisitReport app, you can delete all previously collected visit reports from the app.

Make sure you have exported all the report to the dashboard or CRM to avoid data loss.

  1. To delete the data, go to the settings via the gear wheel in the upper right corner

  2. In the settings under Support you will find the button Delete all data 

This action will delete all data from your application and log you out


After a new log in in the app, you could update your templates and create new reports.
