      Enable the web services for users in Sage CRM

      1. Please open the administration interface.

      2. User → User 

      3. Click Search and search for the name of the user.

      4. In the table, click on the user in the Last Name column. 

      5. Click on Change and go to Allow Web Service Access.

      6. Set this function to True.
