Error: Unable to connect to CRM after migrating from one Microsoft Dynamics tenant to another

In case of a migration from one MS Dynamics organization to another you might face an error message "Unable to connect to CRM" even if you entered the correct login details. The error occurs because some leftover cookies tell your browser you're still logged in to the "old" organization. To solve the error please follow those steps:

  1. Remove all cookies for your Microsoft Dynamics CRM Domain

  2. Close all Browser tabs that have to do with Microsoft (if possible, just restart the browser).

  3. Go to and log out.

  4. Connect again in DataQuality with Dynamics via OAuth
