How can Event Managers invite more reporters?

Event managers can have the permission to invite reporters to VisitReport. This article explains how they can do it.

Step 1: Invitations can be made in "Settings: Access & Availability" 

In the event settings in the "Access & availability" tab, Event managers with the appropriate permission can now find the "Invite additional users" section. 



Step 2: Inviting reporters via a modal 

The event manager can invite reporters by adding their details (only email is mandatory). Invitees will be assigned a VisitReport license. They get the "Reporter" role and can use it to create reports for the event. As soon as the reporters are invited, all administrators will receive an email notification with details of the new users.


Attention: These users may also have access to other events in your organization (depending on the configuration of these events).
