How can I limit the availability of the Events in the VisitReport app?

Find out what you have to do in order to restrict the visability of the events.

  1. Open the event you want to limit under "VisitReport" → Edit Event"

  2. Open the Settings of the Event and click on "Access & availability"

  3. Limit the availability by defining the start and the end date. 

The Event will only be available between the specified dates in the app (start & end included). Please set the end date 2-3 days later in order not to lose data that has not been exported.
