Step-by-Step Guide
This feature is only available for administrators.
If you have accidentally deleted an event or report, snapAddy VisitReport provides a convenient way to restore it. Follow these steps:
- Open the VisitReport Dashboard in your browser.
- Navigate to Settings in the sidebar and then click on Deleted Objects. Here you will find an overview of all deleted events and reports.
- Locate the desired event or report in the list and click the Recover button.
- A confirmation dialog will appear. Click Confirm to complete the restoration.
The restored event or report will then be fully available again.
