Learn how to change both your billing address and payment method in this article
If something changes in the company - be it the location or the bank details - you want to adjust these data as uncomplicated as possible. Find out below where you do this.
You will need admin access to change your payment information.
Update Billing Information
- Click on this link to go to the billing information. Here you will find your contact details. Alternatively, you can find this section under Settings > Payment & invoices > Billing information.
- Adjust the data and click Update billing information.
Update Payment Method
- Click on this link to go to Payments and Invoices. Here you can view your current contracts and invoices. Alternatively, you can find this section under Settings > Payment & Bills > Billing.
- To update the payment method, click on the pencil shown below the Payment method heading
You will also find a link that will take you to the correct page in your booking confirmation as well as in our billing and reminder emails.
