# How can I update my payment information?

## Learn how to change both your billing address and payment method in this article

If something changes in the company - be it the location or the bank details - you want to adjust these data as uncomplicated as possible. Find out below where you do this.

 

You will need [admin](https://portal.snapaddy.com/knowledge/what-do-the-user-roles-reporter-user-template-curator-template-manager-and-admin-mean?hsLang=en) access to change your payment information.

 

### Update Billing Information

1. Click on [this link](https://app.snapaddy.com/settings/master-data) to go to the **billing information**. Here you will find your contact details. Alternatively, you can find this section under **Settings** \> **Payment & invoices** \> **Billing information**.
2. Adjust the data and click **Update billing information**.

### Update Payment Method

1. Click on [this link](https://app.snapaddy.com/settings/payment) to go to **Payments and Invoices**. Here you can view your current contracts and invoices. Alternatively, you can find this section under **Settings** \> **Payment & Bills** \> **Billing**.
2. To update the payment method, click on the **pencil** shown below the **Payment method** heading

You will also find a link that will take you to the correct page in your booking confirmation as well as in our billing and reminder emails.
