The snapAddy email validator checks common email patterns of a company domain, for example firstname.lastname@company.com, and suggests the email address with the highest probability. Each suggestion is displayed with a probability in percent, so you can assess the quality of the match right away.

How do I start the email validator in LeadResearch?

You start the email validator via the Email button in the contact view of your contact person in snapAddy LeadResearch.

1. Open the desired contact person in snapAddy LeadResearch.
2. Click the Email button. The snapAddy email validator window opens.
3. Check the company website in the input field, for example https://snapaddy.com, and click Search.

How do I add the suggested email address to the contact?

Click Select next to the desired email address. The email address then appears in the email field of the respective contact.

Under Most likely email address you see the best match including its percentage. Under Other possible email addresses you find alternative variants with a lower probability, which you can also add via Select.
