      How to choose the preferred interface for DataQuality

      When you get contacts with DataQuality, they will show up in one of our interfaces. In this article you will find out which interface is the best for you and how you can select it as default.

      1. Please open the Settings of your preferred DataQuality client

      👉🏽 Browser extension for Chrome and Edge

      👉🏽 snapADDY Dashboard (Recommendation if no direct integration available)

      👉🏽 CRM direct integration (currently: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP Sales Cloud)

       

      2. Click on the button Select this client

       

      3. Meaning

      While using Ctrl+C+C or the "transfer" button, the grabbed contact information will be opened in this interface.
