How to create a personal contact list for e-mail suggestions

You now have the option of creating multiple lists in your snapADDY DataQuality. This can very useful if you want to be able to distinguish different types of contacts and contact sources. You can also specifically create a list for contacts that come from email suggestions.

After you have created your personal contact list for email suggestions follow these steps:

Go to your profile settings - On the top right click your login name at select Manage Profile
On the left click on Email contact suggestions
If you have not connected to your Office365 (or IMAP) inbox please do so now
Under Contact lists you will see a dropdown list called List for suggestions for new contacts where you can select your desired personal list
Once you have selected the desired list all future contact suggestions from emails will now be added to this list
