I did not receive the invitation-e-mail

In this article you will learn what to do if you did not receive the invitation email.

If you did not receive an invitation email, check your spam folder first. It is possible that it got lost there. If you can't find it there either, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Please go to the snapADDY Dashboard https://app.snapaddy.com/login

  2. In the upper field type your e-mail address and click on Login

  3. In the following seconds you will receive the intivation email again.



If you log in via SSO, the invitation email may be disabled. In this case, contact your administrator.
