      Error message: Optimistic error

      • Solution: According to the error message, there was a change to the contact/lead in weclapp while you were editing it with snapADDY. With weclapp the individual changes are recorded in versions. Therefore it can come to an error if e.g. a lead or contact is worked on at the same time.

      Error message: [{"error":"email is invalid"}]

      • Solution: According to the error message, the e-mail address was entered incorrectly and this prevents the export. Please check again the email address of the contact you want to export.
