Status of an Event - Draft vs. Live

Before a questionnaire is finalized, it receives the status "Draft". In the draft, you can extensively test the VisitReport app in advance.

1. When you create a new event in VisitReport, this event is always in a Draft mode

2. You can adjust and change the questionnaire as required, add or delete questions and much more. In order to view such a questionnaire as later in Live mode, you can also display events in the app

3. You can finalize a questionnaire, when you are completely satisfied with it. This will freeze the questionnaire and make it available to its users

4. A finalized questionnaire can not be changed anymore, but it can be duplicated. This will give you a new questionnaire in a draft mode
