You can claim domains for your organisation via snapADDY support. This is necessary for VisitReport Terminals and if you authorise your event managers to invite users.
The advantage of claiming your domain with snapADDY is that all users who sign up with an email address from that domain are automatically assigned to your organization. This prevents users from being mistakenly assigned to another organization. This provides additional security and clarity for your organization and users.
If you want to use one of the following functions of snapADDY products, you need a claimed domain. You can register this via snapADDY Support. Please contact our support at support@snapaddy.com.

Check whether new users should really be invited to your organisation if you see the message ‘You are inviting users who do not match the domains associated with your organisation.’ This message is only displayed if your organisation already has claimed domains. Claimed domains therefore provide security for your account independently of terminals by informing you that you may be inviting external users.
