What is the difference between Licenses and Roles?

Learn how licenses and roles differ.

Licenses are personalized items. They are chosen initially, for the duration of the subscription.

With licenses the respective product (e.g. DataQuality license) can be activated for one person, so that they can use the corresponding snapADDY app.

In contrast to licenses, roles (e.g. user or admin) determine what a user can do with his/her license. Other than licenses, roles can be changed multiple times throughout the subscription period.
