Why can't I export from the snapADDY BusinessCards to my CRM?

Under certain circumstances it is not possible to export your contacts to your CRM.

There are various reasons why it is not possible to export business cards to CRM.

You are using a free licence.

If you want to export your contacts to your CRM, you need a valid BusinessCards or DataQuality licence. Unfortunately, this function is not available for free licences.

Your CRM isn't connected to the app yet. 


  1. Go to "Settings" by clicking on the gear in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Select your desired CRM
  3. Click on "Connect and log in to your CRM.
  4. You can now export business cards to your CRM.

Your internet connection is not stable.

To be able to export business cards to CRM, you need a stable Internet connection. If this is not available, it is best to find a location where you have fast internet and try again.

There are problems with the CRM system

In this case, contact your administrator.
