How do I archive, duplicate or delete an event?

Events can be archived, duplicated, deleted or marked as a master template. This keeps my dashboard clear and I can organize myself better.

1. in the event overview: click on the three dots to the right of the creator

2. in the event settings: Open your event, go to the General category in the settings and scroll to the bottom of the page

You have various options under the "Event actions" section:

Archive an event: These events will no longer be displayed in the VisitReport App. They will still be available under "Archived" in the dashboard. The exported reports in this event are also saved and displayed under "Archived". 

Duplicate an event : Once you have duplicated an event, you can use this copy for the next event. All you have to do is change the name of the event and you're ready to go! 

Use an event as master: After you've created an event, you can use it as a master event.

Delete an event: Please only delete an event if you are sure that you no longer need this questionnaire and you have already saved a copy of it.
