How to connect to the CRM within the VisitReport?

Learn how to connect your CRM within the VisitReport

If your company is using a CRM-system, snapADDY VisitReport offers the opportunity to establish a connection. This is useful if you want to export reports from the snapADDY VisitReport to your CRM.    

  1. Go into a event

  2. Open the settings by clicking on the upper right icon


3.   Press the button Connect to CRM... right below your account area

4.   Choose your desired CRM and click OK

5.   Press the button Connect. Afterwards enter your Login-Credentials and confirm with Login

 

6.   If the connection was succesful you will be redirected to the app and the button Disconnect will appear

 

 

Now you can, for example, synchronize already existing contact data from the CRM system with snapADDY VisitReport. If you want to know how this works, check out the following article:
