How can I define contact fields for me and my snapADDY BusinessCards?

This article shows you how to define the contact fields on you and your colleagues business cards.

As administrator you can find the setting in your templates. To get there click "manage cards" which then shows the subdivision "templates". Select the template you want to edit, there you will find the "content" option on the top of your screen.

In the content itself you can change various fields, where you can add a default value, like your company name.

Each of them can be given one of three different restrictions.

Editable means, that your colleagues can change that value and overwrite it with their own. This would be helpful for fields like first or last name. 

Restricted means, that only you as an admin can make changes. The business cards of your colleagues will all show the value you selected for this field.

Hidden means, that this field won't be shown on any business card. This is useful, if you e.g. don't use fax anymore and therefore don't need the value on your card.
