This article shows you how to create and manage the business cards of your colleaguees.

Disclaimer: You can only use this shown features as an admin in your organization.
Open your dashboard and click on "manage cards" and then on "cards". Herer you can see all business cards already created by your colleagues. You can only edit cards of colleagues that have the BusinessCards licence.
With a click on "create cards" you will see all colleagues without a business card. Here you can select the colleagues you want to create a business card for.
If someone is missing, this will be because of two reasons.
- The colleague isn't assigned to a BusinessCards licence.
- The colleague hasn't accepted the invitation yet.
After you crated a card, it will be shown in the colleagues BusinessCards app.
Furthermore the newly created card will also be shown in the cards overview, in the dashboard..
You can edit cards with a click on the user. Here you can change various values, like position, mail, etc. as well as the design of the card.
Additionally the cards of colleague can be updated via Excel file. Therefore click "Update cards via Excel" and upload your Excel file. With a click on "update cards" all values of the cards will be overwritten with the new values.
