How do I use filters for VisitReport event analytics?

Filters in the VisitReport event analytics narrow down which reports are included in the statistics. You combine as many filters as you like across the categories Metadata, Contact details and source, and Questionnaire.

Filters in the VisitReport event analytics let you narrow down which reports are included in the statistics, so you evaluate only the leads that matter for a specific question. You open the analytics under the Analytics tab of an event in the VisitReport Dashboard.

The filter in the VisitReport event analytics offers three categories:

  • Metadata (creation date, status, and the email address of the creator)
  • Contact details and source (information about the captured contacts, e.g. country or postal code)
  • Questionnaire (the answers captured with the questionnaire)

How do I add, edit or remove a filter in the event analytics?

You add a filter in the event analytics by clicking Add filter, choosing a category, setting the filter criteria and clicking Add filter again. Each filter is listed as a green chip and all active filters apply to the statistics at the same time.

To edit a filter, click the green filter chip and adjust the values. To remove a filter, click the x on the green filter chip.

Use not empty to include only contacts where the job title was filled in, or empty for those where it was left blank.
