Solution: Your session to the CRM system has expired. Please reconnect with your CRM system by opening the settings in the snapADDY DataQuality interface and entering your CRM credentials.

Solution: Prospect entity may be disabled in Sugar. Try exporting the contact as a contact/account or check to see if prospect is activated in Sugar CRM.
