The "Workflows" section offers different possibilities for automation. If no custom workflow is defined, a default workflow is used to process incoming emails. You can adjust our recommended default workflow by creating a new one based on one of our templates.
A Salesforce workflow, for example, looks like this:
Workflows are always organization-wide and apply to every user who has connected their mailbox and CRM.
The individual nodes will be explained in detail in future articles.
Workflows are queued and executed asynchronously. So accepting a suggestion or receiving an email does not necessarily mean that the configured business logic is executed immediately.
