What do the user roles "Reporter", "User", "Event Curator", "Event Manager" and "Admin" mean?

In order to enable your users to fulfill their specific requirements, you can assign them roles with appropriate permissions and access levels. In this FAQ we answer which role has which access authorizations for our products.

VisitReport - App

 

  • The app functionalities can be used by everyone who has been assigned a snapADDY Licence for the VisitReport app
  • There is one exception: Staff that has been assigned the roles "Reporter" or "User", doesn't have access to events with draft status. 
  • In order for the media library, meetings, info center and team coordination to be available, the admin must have activated the respective functions in the dashboard.

**In DataQuality and BusinessCards is no difference between Users, Reporters, Event Curators and Event Managers when it comes to authorizations. Therefore, they are all referred to as "User" here. Only the admin has additional authorizations.
