What does CRM mapping mean?

The synchronization of fields in snapADDY DataQuality or VisitReport to the corresponding fields in your CRM system is called CRM mapping.

There are standard fields for each CRM system, such as name, company, telephone number or address, which can be automatically synchronized by snapADDY DataQuality into the CRM system. However, many companies have created additional fields in their CRM system, which also should be filled and synchronized when using snapADDY DataQuality.

Simple CRM mapping

For a maximum of 10 additional fields, you can add the Simple CRM mapping as an add-on. You can purchase the simple CRM mapping additionally when purchasing your snapADDY package.

This is a connection of additional text and selection fields to your CRM, which are based on the standard entities that can be mapped. This does not include dependencies or mandatory fields.

The costs for the CRM mapping are calculated in advance and billed per hour according to the current price list.

Individual CRM mapping

  • Questionnaire mapping into your CRM-specific entity. 

  • Assign your own campaign in your CRM. (e.g. with Salesforce or Dynamics). Contact data is transferred as a lead or contact.
