What is DataAgents?

With the new snapAddy DataAgents feature, contact data is now matched with the CRM even faster. This is done with the help of workflows previously defined by the admin.

For example, if you receive an e-mail at six o'clock in the evening after work, such a workflow is set in motion in the background, regardless of whether you are still at your computer or not. The next day, you can conveniently reconcile the new data with those from CRM.
