How do we calculate your CRM Health score?
Our KPIs are calculated by checking your CRM contacts/accounts for completeness of certain essential fields, and also for the last update date.
- Freshness checks to see if, for example, a contact was touched in the last 180 days to give you an idea of 'current' your information is.
- Contactability checks email address and phone numbers to ensure you have the means to reach out to whoever, you need whenever you need.
- Address score checks the completeness of street addresses, so you can be sure your marketing materials and physical communication is able to get where it needs to.
The KPI displays an overall score for these criteria, and also a breakdown of the numbers of CRM accounts/contacts found. Each time you run our CRM Health check you can compare it to previous instances and see how your data quality is changing over time.
