Work offline in the VisitReport app

Would you like to use the VisitReport app without internet connection? It is possible with the offline mode function.

If you are at a trade fair, and the internet connection on your device is bad or not available at all, you can still use the app in offline mode.  Learn more about this function by watching our video tutorial and reading the article below. 

Activating an offline mode is simple: go to Settings in the VisitReport app and turn the "work offline" on. 

What functionality is available offline? 

You can still scan business cards and complete reports. Cards will be read, but only processed once you are working online again. Don't worry, no data will be lost, you can start filling out the questionnaire. 

Once the internet connection is there again, you have two options. You can either disable the offline mode in settings, or just click on "export all reports" and press "Go online". The data will be processed and automatically exported to snapADDY dashboard. 

In exported reports you will see, that participant data has now appeared.
