Option 1: Export via the snapAddy Dashboard
Exporting via the snapAddy Dashboard is the most convenient method, as it allows you to review the reports at your own pace and adjust the data before exporting.
Follow these steps:
- Open the VisitReport Dashboard and navigate to the relevant event.
- Click on the "Reports" section and select the "Completed" tab. Here you will find all completed visit reports that are ready for export.
- Search for the contact or lead you want to export and click on the CRM icon.
- Click on "Action" or on the duplicate check and select "Export lead" or "Export contact/account."

Note: You can also export all contacts or leads at once using the bulk export feature. Please note that no duplicate check is performed during a bulk export.

Option 2: Export via the VisitReport App
You can also send your visit reports directly from the VisitReport App to the CRM system.
When you complete a report, a dialog appears with the option to "Complete and export to CRM." If you tap "Later," you can still export the report at a later time.
Note: Exporting via the VisitReport App requires the admin to have enabled direct CRM export for users and that you are connected to the CRM system.
If this feature has been enabled for you, follow these steps:
- Tap on the "Captured Reports" tab and select the desired contact.
- Find the report under "In Progress" or "Completed."
- In Progress: Tap the report, complete it, and select "Complete and export to CRM."
- Completed: Swipe the report that has not yet been exported to the right and tap on the export icon.

- A duplicate check is performed automatically. In the resulting overview, you can review the data once more, select an existing duplicate to update, or create a new contact.
- When everything looks correct, tap "Export" An icon will indicate that the report has been exported successfully.
Note: If the CRM export fails, you will find the report under "Completed" and can restart the export from there.
Export from the app is supported for the following CRM systems: Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive, Salesforce, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud V2, SugarCRM, and HubSpot.
Option 3: Export via snapAddy DataQuality
If you use one of the following CRM systems, you can export the contact data via snapAddy DataQuality to the CRM system: SuiteCRM, Sage CRM, Close, weclapp, and CentralStationCRM.
Follow these steps:
- Complete the report in the VisitReport App.
- Export the report from the VisitReport Dashboard to DataQuality.
- Export the contact data from there to the CRM system.
Additional export options
In addition, you can export visit reports from the Dashboard to an Excel spreadsheet and then manually import them into the CRM system. Besides the Excel export, you can also download reports as a PDF file or as a vCard.
