How do I connect snapAddy to SAP Sales Cloud?

General Connection Guide
The basic procedure for connecting snapAddy to a CRM system can be found in our detailed article:

Simply select SAP Sales Cloud as your CRM system and follow the steps described.
For regular users: If you are not an administrator, the connection is already fully set up after the step described above. You can now use snapAddy with SAP Sales Cloud.
For administrators: The following sections will help you review CRM mapping, resolve common export issues, and configure product-specific settings.
Set Up OAuth Connection (optional)
For connecting to SAP Sales Cloud, you have two options:
Recommended Method - OAuth Authentication: We recommend setting up an OAuth connection, as this provides the most secure and stable connection method. A detailed step-by-step guide for setting up the OAuth connection can be found here:

Alternative (mostly used for testing purposes) – Web session: For initial testing, you can also use an existing web session. We recommend this method for testing purposes only and not for productive use, as the connection must be reestablished after the session expires and requires a browser extension to be installed.
Review CRM Mapping
After a successful connection, the default CRM mapping for SAP Sales Cloud is automatically applied. This mapping defines which fields from snapAddy are exported to which SAP Sales Cloud fields.
