How to create a report in the VisitReport app?

This video tutorial will show you how to capture participants data and fill out the questionnaire in the VisitReport app.

Once you have followed the instructions in the previous video and have successfully installed the VisitReport app on your device, you are ready to start creating reports. Watch the video and read the description below to learn how this process works. 

Choose the event you would like to start working in (note that if you select an event in draft mode, you will not be able to export your reports).

Click on "Start report".

You can add the participant using different options (scan a business card, scan a QR-code, scan a badge, scan an NFC tag, use inventory data, LinkedIn, add manually).

If you would like to read the data from the badge, this function needs to be implemented first. Here you can find more information on how to integrate a badge scan. 

It is possible to add multiple participants to the report if, for example, several people from a company answer same questionnaire. Make sure although, that you start a new report each time a new participant shows up at the booth. 

 

There are many question types you can choose from and add into your questionnaire. Please find more information here and test your questionnaire in a draft mode before making it live. 

You can always easily jump between "Media" and the questionnaire to show your contact brochures and images during the conversation.  

If you don't want your participant to skip a certain question, you can set up the question importance and make it suggessted or required. With this function you will not export the report without all the necessary information. 

 

At the end of your questionnaire you can add notes, images and sketches. Those will be exported with the report as well. If you want to create the note faster, use the "speech-to-text" function by pressing on a microphone on your keyboard.
