What is the CRM Health score?

The CRM Health score gives you an overview of how complete and up to date your contact data in the CRM is. It is made up of the three KPIs Freshness, Contactability, and Address score.

With CRM Health you can diagnose specific deficiencies in your data and identify which actions to take to get your data back in fighting shape. If you have the admin role in your snapAddy organization, you can calculate the CRM Health score.

How to run the CRM Health check

In DataAgents, you can open the CRM Health dashboard via the pulse icon at the top right of the navigation bar. Click Recalculate to start a new calculation. Under Last checked you can see when the score was last calculated.

Hint: Calculating your CRM Health can be time consuming if you have a lot of records to analyze. Please don't worry if it takes a few minutes.

How do we calculate your CRM Health score?

The KPIs are calculated by checking your CRM contacts and accounts for the completeness of certain essential fields as well as the date of the last update.

Freshness shows the share of CRM entities that were updated in the last 180 days, giving you an idea of how current your information is.

Contactability checks whether phone numbers and/or email addresses are present, so you can be sure you are able to reach your contacts whenever you need to.

Address score rates the quality of an entity's address information, so your marketing materials and physical communication get where they need to go.

The dashboard displays an overall score across these criteria, including the number of entities checked, as well as a breakdown of the contacts and accounts found for each KPI. Each time you run the CRM Health check, you can compare the result to previous calculations and see how your data quality is changing over time.
