How to reset your password

1. Click on "Forgot password?" or "Problems signing in?"
   Click on “Forgot password?” in the app or “Trouble signing in?” in the web view.

2. Click on "Reset password"
   Select the option to reset your password. If you would prefer to request a one-time login code instead, please refer to the article How to log in with a one-time code.

3. Check your email inbox
   You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Please also check your spam folder if the email does not arrive immediately.
4. Set a new password
   Click on the link in the email and set your new password.
   
   
5. Log in
   You can then log in to snapAddy as usual with your new password.

That didn't work?

If resetting your password did not work, you have the following options:

• Request a one-time login code (Magic Code): You can also log in without a password using a one-time code that will be sent to you by email. Learn more in the article How to log in with a one-time code.
